• Our office is closed every Sunday and Wednesday.

We have a strict cancellation policy. Please read through it before your visit.

If there is severe weather, like typhoon, we will inform you via our social media and website by the evening before or early on the day of your appointment if we need to close. If you don’t hear from us, we will be open as usual.

For those with appointments on the day of bad weather, we will contact you directly.

If severe weather or transportation issues make it hard for you to come to the clinic or get home safely, please don’t hesitate to contact us to reschedule, even if it’s right before or after your appointment.

In such cases, our cancellation policy will not apply, so you don’t need to worry.
